glass techniques

Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12 - 6 p.m


Diablo Glass gives continuous demonstrations on the art of glassblowing, flameworking, fused glass and stained glass artwork.


mayor’s mural crew

Saturday and Sunday 1 - 4 p.m


Paint a piece of a large on-site mural or a postcard you can send to a friend.


museum of fine arts

Saturday and Sunday, 12 - 3 p.m


Wire sculptures with kids and other family friendly activities.


Mixed Media

Saturday 12-5 p.m and Sunday, 12 - 4 p.m


Kyle Browne will share her art of alternative book-making, also known as “altered books.” This process touches upon environmental awareness through re-using and repurposing materials and of course creativity and imagination! Visitors will be encouraged to participate and make their own book or work on a collaborative book with other visitors.


Papermaking with

Boston Paper Collective

Saturday and Sunday 12 - 5 p.m


Demonstrations of papermaking by Melinda Cross and other members of the Boston Paper Collective.


Printmaking (by hand)

Sunday 12 - 5 p.m


Experience the joy of making art working with printmaker Anne Forbush.


Photo Booth

Saturday & Sunday 12 - 5 p.m

Grab your friends and head over to the festival’s photo booth.  Mike Ritter has costumes and props to add to this fun-filled activity.


Chalk Art

Saturday & Sunday 12 - 5 p.m

Chalk artists, Jerrie Lyndon will be creating a famous painting on the grounds of the festival.


Puppets

Saturday & Sunday 12 - 5 p.m

Brett Sylvia’s (local artist and puppeteer) puppet Magda will be invading the festival.
